Troubleshooting
Problem : No response when the "Validate" button is clicked
Solution : JavaScript test Failed.
JavaScript is either disabled, or your web browser is ancient. First make sure that JavaScript is enabled:

To Enable JavaScript
1.Click the Tools menu.
2.Select Internet Options.
3.Click the Security tab.
4.Click the Custom Level button.
5.Scroll down until you see the 'Scripting' section. Select the 'Enable' radio button for 'Active Scripting.'
6.Click the OK button.
7.Click the Yes button in the confirmation window.
To Disable Pop-up blocker
1.Click the Tools menu.
2.Select Internet Options.
3.Click the Privacy tab.
4.Deselect the Turn on Pop-up Blocker/ Block pop-up check box to turn Off the Pop-up Blocker.
5.Click Apply, and then click OK.
If you have Google Tool bar in your browser, then
1.Click Toolbar's wrench icon.
2.On the Tools tab, Deselect the 'Pop-up blocker' checkbox.
3.Click Save.
